Summertime Green is one of the 9 new dwarf tomato varieties released in 2011 by the Dwarf Tomato Project. I got a late start with this variety (planted late) so didn’t have a lot of fruit set before the summer heat arrived and stopped fruit set. The few fruit I sampled were very good. My sister had better luck in her trial garden and she thought this was the best of the 4 green-when-ripe new dwarf releases. The compact plants are about 4 feet tall and require staking.
