Ordering

Important – I am now shipping internationally to selected countries. Currently the shopping cart is set up to ship to Canada, Japan, France, UK, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Russia and Germany. Currently, orders to Russia are a gamble – there seems to be a lot of mail lost/stolen so please order at your own risk. If you are from another country and would like your country added to the list please contact me first, before you place your order and I will add your country. Please make sure it is legal to ship seeds to your country.

This website uses some of the newer Web2.0 code for its interface so it is best viewed with the latest version of browsers. (optimized for Firefox 3+).

While browsing the catalog click on any thumbnail image to open a page with the description, photo(s) and “Add to Cart” button.

The “Proceed to Checkout” button in the shopping cart will take you to a secure, encrypted Paypal payment gateway. All of your information is encrypted by Paypal and I will never see your credit card number or banking information.

Shortly after your order is processed you will receive a verification email from Paypal and you will be returned to this page. You will also receive a separate email from me verifying your order. If there are any questions or problems please reply to my verification email or Contact me through this site, and I will get back to you as soon as possible. If you don’t receive a reply from me within 24 hours please check your spam folder/settings.  Some email programs may identify my emails as spam and route them to your spam folder.

I process orders in the order received. This business is a one-person operation, but I am usually able to fill your order in one day, and ship it on the next business day or on the same day.

Most of my seed packets sell for $2.25/each except for the varieties I sell in packs of 15 seeds at $1.75 (varieties with limited supply and the new dwarfs).  Shipping is $2.95 for all domestic orders and $3.95 for all international orders. I offer free shipping on all orders over $25.00.  All domestic orders are shipped in padded bubble envelopes to protect your seeds from mechanical post office processing and handling. Most international orders are shipped in regular envelops to avoid the recent increase in international package rates.

I want return customers, so, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please let me know within 30 days (more or less) and I will gladly replace your order or refund your money. Also, we take great care when handling seeds to avoid mix-ups, and use methods to avoid crosses (isolation and bagging) so please let me know if any of your seeds do not produce tomatoes true-to-type. This is very important to me.
